Lindsey is the Owner of River Mountain Properties. She has been in the property management and real estate industry since 2004. Matching high quality, well maintained properties with great residents and providing excellent services to both residents and owners is the vision she and her “Dream Team” carry out everyday. Daniel Tanno

Daniel serves as a Property Manager and has been in property management since 2019. He is responsible for overseeing and managing our properties on behalf of property owners. He plays a crucial role in maximizing property value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with regulations. He enjoys attending book club meetings, weight-lifting and swimming, playing competitive video games, collecting game cards and spending time with his cat, Yuka. He loves knowing that he can make a real difference for both tenants and owners by ensuring properties are maintained and issues are addressed quickly, creating a better living experience for everyone. Daniel is Brazilian-Venezuelan by nationality, Japanese-Venezuelan by heritage and he has lived in four different countries. He speaks English, Spanish and a bit of Portuguese.

Alaina Cain

Alaina serves as our Maintenance Manager and has been in property management since 2016. She oversees and coordinates all our maintenance projects, turnover and maintenance staff. The quality work produced by the teamwork at River Mountain Properties and spreading happiness to tenants and owners is her favorite part of the job. She enjoys instructing fitness classes, traveling to the beach, hiking, cooking especially experimenting with sourdough. By the time she turned 18, she had traveled to 47 US states by car. Kasey Earles

Kasey is an Assistant Property Manager and is one of the smiling faces at Park37. She has managed her own business for over 20 years and enjoys using those to skills to make our properties well run and fun place to live. She enjoys VT football games, cookouts with friends and most of all, the beach. She loves helping people and solving issues with kindness.

Lorena Gomez

Lorena is an Assistant Property Manager for River Mountain Properties. She has been working in the property management industry since 2019. She excels in ensuring that leads, tenants, and property owners receive respectful, attentive, and high-quality service. She truly enjoys working in this field and helping people every day. She is a proud single mom of two amazing kids and their dog, Kelev. She really enjoys spending time with them, especially outdoors. Being in nature, travel, music, movies and TV shows are some of her favorite ways to recharge. A fun fact about Lorena is that she loves cooking and trying out recipes from around the world, although she admits she is a terrible baker.

Francisco Ancona

Fran is the Maintenance Coordinator with River Mountain Properties. He has been working in the property management industry since 2021, focusing specifically on maintenance coordination. Over that time, he has had the chance to work with various teams and vendors, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to keep properties running smoothly and residents happy by making sure every issue is addressed efficiently and that the property stays in top condition. He enjoys working out, playing pool, doing puzzles and watching movies. Fun fact about Fran, he collects pins from every city or country he visits.

Mariana Navarro

Mariana is a Vacation Rental Specialist with River Mountain Properties. She ensures that our vacation rentals run smoothly and that our guests are provided with excellent service during their stay. She has been an vacation rental host for 4 years. She loves to travel, getting to know different cultures, their history and food. She enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends. Fun fact about Mariana, even though she has traveled extensively, she still has a knack for missing flights.

Alejandra Espinoza

Alejandra, a Process Architect has been in the property management industry for several years. She currently designs, analyzes, and improves our business processes to enhance efficiency and alignment with our organizational goals. Outside work, she enjoys tumbling gymnastics, and relaxing with her dogs, Almendra and Coco, while rewatching her favorite TV shows. She takes pride in helping RMP perform at an extremely high level of efficiency for the benefit of our owners and our tenants. Fun fact: Alejandra has committed to visiting at least one different city every year!

Ace

Ace is a registered miniature schnauzer. He is in his 4th year as chief supervisor, snack stealer and snuggler.
