• You will need a co-signer if you do not meet the following requirements:

    • 18 years of age

    • Credit score of 650 or higher

    • Make at least 2 times the rent in monthly income.

    If you do not have a co-signer that meets these requirements, contact us for additional options.

  • Rent is due on 1st of each month.

  • To submit an Emergency Maintenance Request, please call 540.808.6472.

    EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ITEMS INCLUDE:

    • No heat (in winter)

    • No air conditioning (when the inside temp. is above 80)

    • No hot water

    • Major water leaks (other than faucet drips)

    • Inoperable oven (over weekend)

    • Inoperable refrigerator

    • Gas leak

    • Door or window lock broken

    • All sewer back-ups

    • Clogged toilet (when there is only one in the apartment)

    • Any item which will cause damage if left unattended or is of a health or safety nature.

  • Tenant(s) is required to carry renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.

    • You must let us know by Oct. 1st if you want to renew.

  • Pets are allowed at some locations. There is a 2 pet limit and we can only allow cats and dogs. There is $500 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $250 for the second pet. Breed restrictions apply. We require a Pet Screening Application.
