Thomas is the Maintenance Manager for River Mountain Properties. He has been doing property maintenance for 8 years. He ensures that our owner’s properties are in kept excellent condition and that our tenants receive prompt, quality service from everyone on our maintenance team. He enjoys fishing and hunting in his free time. He loves learning more about maintenance and expanding his skill set. Fun fact about Thomas, he likes playing competitive Rocket League.

Joey Carroll

Joey is the Maintenance Manager at Park37 and at the Flats at Uptown. He has been in the maintenance industry for 12 years. He loves tackling maintenance challenges and solving issues for our tenants. When he is not hard at work taking care of our properties, he likes playing guitar and drums, collecting sports cards with his son and fishing. He enjoys growing hot peppers and traveling with his girlfriend. A fun fact about Joey, he loves to geocash with his son.

Mia Bercasio

Mia is a Leasing Assistant with River Mountain Properties. She has been working in the industry for 2 year and is a property management major at Virginia Tech. She is an important part of the leasing staff here at River Mountain Properties. She assists current and future tenants, works on social media marketing, and manages the office. She loves meeting and helping all of our residents. She enjoys going to the beach, snowboarding, and hanging out with friends. A fun fact about Mia is that she loves to cook.

Mariana Navarro

Mariana is a Vacation Rental Specialist with River Mountain Properties. She ensures that our vacation rentals run smoothly and that our guests are provided with excellent service during their stay. She has been an vacation rental host for 3.5 years. She loves to travel, getting to know different cultures, their history and food. She enjoys hiking, spending time with family and friends. Fun fact about Mariana, even though she has traveled extensively, she still has a knack for missing flights.
